Who we're looking for
- Attorneys and legal professionals with experience in healthcare law, insurance law, arbitration or alternative dispute resolution
- Licensed arbitrators with experience in commercial, healthcare or insurance disputes
- Professionals holding credentials from recognized arbitration organizations such as AAA, JAMS, FINRA or equivalent
- Individuals with working knowledge of the No Surprises Act, federal IDR regulations and the qualifying payment amount framework
- Healthcare professionals with clinical and legal or dispute resolution crossover experience
- Retired judges, hearing officers and administrative law judges with relevant experience

Who we're looking for
- Board-certified physicians in any specialty
- Active clinical practice preferred
- Licensed in one or more US states
- Experience with utilization review or IMEs a plus
- Pharmacists for pharmacy review cases
- Nurses and nurse practitioners for UR cases
- Psychologists and mental health professionals
