Who we're looking for

  • Attorneys and legal professionals with experience in healthcare law, insurance law, arbitration or alternative dispute resolution
  • Licensed arbitrators with experience in commercial, healthcare or insurance disputes
  • Professionals holding credentials from recognized arbitration organizations such as AAA, JAMS, FINRA or equivalent
  • Individuals with working knowledge of the No Surprises Act, federal IDR regulations and the qualifying payment amount framework
  • Healthcare professionals with clinical and legal or dispute resolution crossover experience
  • Retired judges, hearing officers and administrative law judges with relevant experience

  • Active clinical practice preferred
  • Licensed in one or more US states
  • Experience with utilization review or IMEs a plus
  • Pharmacists for pharmacy review cases
  • Nurses and nurse practitioners for UR cases
  • Psychologists and mental health professionals
